Everything I ordered and received I would recommend. My cats love the greenie treats and their new cat tree and the xl litter box

I would recommend this BUT with caution. Putting this together was difficult with the one page instructions. Small print - better directions in where the parts go. Hard to put the last piece on top. Looks good, the cats have not taken to it yet, not sure if they will. Kittens would love it my old cats not so sure.

Not as tall as it appears in the pictures. pay attention to the measurements.

This unit was really easy to put together even though the instructions were in another language. It is really sturdy and my two kittens are having such a great time on it.

We were looking for a cat tree that wouldnt take up too much space but would be enough for my medium sized cat to hang out in. Height wise, I love it, Im 5'7'' and the top tier of this tree is just under chest level for me. The tree itself is not that heavy, and a little wobbly when my cat jumps on or off of it. Hes about 10 lbs and the little cubby hole is too small for him, he doesnt use it. Turns out its not a structural box, its just a slip- on thing you pull over the top and bottom pieces when you finish assembling that part. There are two small lined poles that go inside the box hole too, so after all that, the cat doesnt have any space to turn around or lay down...You need to put another screw through the top of that slip-on , but theres no pre-cut hole for the screw so we had to puncture the top ourselves. The top level, he'll use, but doesnt love because there's no edges, so he'll climb up there to play maybe, but to sleep he will only use the hammock, which is why I bought this tree in the first place. He loves the hammock but make sure you really TIGHTEN all the screws especially that one. Assembly isn't too bad, they messed up the distribution of the screws, ( there were supposed to be 4 of one round headed screw, and 2 of the flat headed kind, but it got reversed). The length and function of them were the same though, so it worked out. Also make sure to separate the scratch posts before assembly. There are slightly different lengths, so don't be like me and attach a bunch and have to take them off and start over haha. All in all, we've had this for about two weeks, our cat is enjoying the new piece, especially the hammock, assembly isnt bad, but might not last extremely long. Still, not bad for the price.

I have owned this for about 1 year. My cats do love climbing on it and using the hammock but it never fit together well and the plastic parts are breaking now beyond repair. My cats ripped the cheap carpet very quickly and it doesn't look very nice. The idea of it is great and they do love it but it doesn't stand up to much real world use at all and will be thrown away shortly.

Had no problems assembling this, and once all set up, is very sturdy. Our felines are med to large, and so far, even our biggest guy was able to pop into the furry chamber, but it's our little girl who has taken up residence there, LOL. So far, nobody seems to like the top platform (no edges, so may seem less like a spot for sleeping) or the soft hammock-like circle (one of the main reason we chose this model), but it's only been 24 hours since we gave them their tower 'New Years gift, so time will tell. Altogether, pretty happy with the purchase and consider it a good value for the money. Nice color, too. The only improvement would be edges on the top platform, but I may find a way to add those later. Thanks, Petco!
