This product arrived with no instructions on how to assemble the pieces and with no inventory of the hardware that was included. The only guide to assembly was a photo on the outside of the box in which it was contained. One of the bolts necessary for assembly was missing and one of the pre-drilled holes for the bolts had stripped-out threads. Yet included in the box was a paper slip indicating that there had been a "quality control" inspection of the product. I returned the whole thing to a local Petco store; and I won't buy this brand of cat furniture again.

Much smaller then size given on website. Should state for kittens only. I am returning this as my cat is way to big for it.

This came today, I hate it. There were no directions in the box, the hole in the bottom condo is so small only a kitten will fit in it. The top ring is not sturdy, it is very weak, and there is no way even a 8 month kitten can fit onto it, it is so tiny. The best that can happen is that a cat can sit on the one platform.
