I purchased this hutch two weeks ago and my rabbit loves it! He was skeptical of the ramp at first, he would go up but was afraid to come down. That lasted for a day and now he readily and easily goes up and down. I put the litter box in one of the hide away areas and I put hay in the other so he can relax and munch on his hay. He really enjoys having these quiet areas, and he really seems to enjoy running up and down the ramp. There's plenty of room for him to stretch out on either level, and he enjoys being able to see more from being up higher. The hutch went together in about 40 mins and wasn't too hard but the instructions weren't great. The pull out trays are a great feature, although they don't slide out very easy. The latches leave a lot to be desired, they need a longer slide to secure the doors better. I was worried about my bunny chewing the cage, so far he has mostly left it alone, except for attempting to chew on the wood pieces that separate the hide away from the main part of the cage. Overall it's a really nice cage and I would def recommend it.

I can't believe i found the perfect pen! The size, style, and it's sooo easy to clean. Amazing! Our Bunny loves it and it's a good price. By the way, it's not brown, it's actually natural.

Overall, a nice product. We had to put better locks on the doors, because the ones included would slide with bunny movement and the doors would open.
