Broken before it got here

We had just bought a fantastic cat tree and thought it would be cool to chose a different one for variety. Sadly we chose this one that was broken and could not be put together. At which time we realized from the presence of a second packing slip, someone else had already sent it back, adding anger to our disappointment. Who tries to fob of broken stuff on unsuspecting customers? Petco was, however, good about taking it back, letting us return it to the store when we could get the non-broken part back apart.
No, I do not recommend this product.

This is my 4th cat tree. I bought it for my mama kitty and her 3 babies. The tree was easy to put together and the cloth on it my favorite. Soft, holds up, and easy to clean. Super good climbing tool for the babies!
