Overall I think the product is probably pretty good but the sizing is way off. The dimensions for sm/med were for up to a 30" waist. I measured my dog at exactly 26" so I knew that was perfect for her. Unfortunately when extended to it's largest size, 22" was max. WTH???? Definitely go up a size........

Fabric is soft and comfortable against the dog's skin. The Problem is the size around the abdominal area. It's just too tight for comfort. By measurement in the description, the diaper should have fit.

This is so cheaply made, not worth the money. And you have to cut your own hole for the tail !

I have a mini pinscher and it's always quite difficult to find something on her size due the weird body shape of this breed, she is super skinny but also has long legs and torso, the diaper adjusts perfect to her body, I had to order the XS size for toy breeds, it was just the perfect purchase for during her heat.

I highly recommend Vet's Best Perfect Fit Washable Female Dog Diapers! My little Colette went into her first heat a couple of weeks ago and I used this to protect her. I plan on buying 2 more and I will be using these for traveling as well. Between the combination of the velcro and the buttons, it fits just right.. I like this company and have a few of their other products as well.

This diaper adjusts so easily. Our poodle is long and slender and it is the first one that I found that I can adjust to actually fit her!

My female boston terrier is around 20 lbs so the small was too tight and too small and i bought the medium and that is way too huge...two of her could fit into one of the mediums so they didn't help me at all

I have been searching for a good female diaper for years, as my female greyhound was sadly spayed improperly off the track and will be in and out of heat for the rest of her life. These diapers look so much less confining and I can tell she is so much more comfortable and free to move. The diaper doesn't "shift" like all the other ones I've tried, so I just put a disposable pad right below the tail hole and that pretty much takes care of everything, which translates to less dog laundry! The material is light and breathable (a heavy diaper on a dog in Florida can get hot!). The tail hole is custom fit, although I released mine all the way, and there are 3 reinforced Velcro taps that fasten along her lower back, which means she can't release the Velcro like she's learned to do with others that fasten along the sides. Although honestly she doesn't even attempt to take these off which is a testament to their comfort. I was so pleased with this purchase that I contacted the company to let them know, which is something I rarely do. My only regret is that I haven't had these for the last 4 years, life would've been easier on both of us!
