This is an excellent treat for guinea pigs. Mine loves his food but also loves treats. I put some of this on top of this food, sometimes I layer it between food. Either way he likes to forage between the treat and the food, eating a little of both. I think it is a nice additive to his food, a little something different then just food. Just as we like variety in our food so do our little pets.

This Sun Salad is great! I just put a little on top of my piggies pellets and they chow down! Lots of different ingredients in it from soft raisins to crunchy pieces of nuts to leaves and hay. I always keep backups so I don't run out.

I was inspired to get this once I realized it a) has very good ingredients, b) it left out a lot of the bad and filler ingredients commercial brands like this like to use and c) it was at a reasonable price. All five of my guineas LOVE this! Even my pickiest pig enjoys this treat. I definitely will be repurchasing. If you're in the market to give your small pet a litte something different I think you will be pleased with this :)
