Thank you for choosing the Ware Premium+ Hutch for your rabbit. Rabbits tend to choose where they want to eliminate, however, this behavior can be modified in most cases. Try placing something in this area for a short time to prevent her from eliminating there. Once she chooses another location, hopefully one that you are comfortable with, you may then try placing a litter tray for rabbits in that corner for her to use. You should eventually be able to remove the object from the wood floor area, giving her that additional space as a place to rest, and she should continue to use the new elimination place.

This should be an ideal starter hutch for your bunny, and can even accommodate him when full grown at 6 pounds, as long as he is given ample time outside the hutch for play and exercise on a regular basis. The Ware Large playpen is ideal for supervised play outside the hutch, or the Ware Premium+ Rabbit Run Large, will attach to the front of your Large Premium+ Hutch to give your bunny more living space and access to grass while in the security of the hutch.

Rabbits should not be standing on bare wire as it will hurt their feet and cause sore hocks.
