don't think they are as absorbent as some I've bouth nor do they have good odor control.

I'm not sure what twist of mind made me order these instead of only getting F&S Piddle Pads or Smart Saver Piddle Pads. I need pads for him for 24 hours. Unlike Foster & Smith Piddle Pads, which are super thick and therefore unlike all other brands, these pads could only handle one pee. The reason is that the liquid spreads out, sometimes to the plastic rim and that's the end of its useful life. They do not leak, but there can be some odor after a while. But compared with Piddle Pads they were essentially worthless. Piddle Pads trap the urine in a pretty small spot, not migrating out in an enlarging circle. Because of this, a large area of a Piddle Pad remains unused & dry, enabling multiple visits. This is a huge help, and the Wee-Wee simply lack that ability.

I have a very old Cavalier with congestive heart failure. Her meds make control a bit of an issue. I've found that despite a diaper, she sometimes leaks, but generally in the same place. So, I ordered these and put one down in the spot. Despite there already being a diaper to absorb a significant proportion of the mess, she also went straight through this piddle pad. The mess was less than it would have been without the pad, but not what I'd hoped.

Heavier pads, which are great for in the pens with puppies being weaned. Love them! Work great with the pad holders, as these pads are a bit wider. Thanks FS! Great product.

These pads are very absorbant and this was a nice price.
