Directions
Blow into the air valve until the collar is fully inflated. Then, thread your cat's regular collar through the straps lining the inside of the inflatable collar (see image). Place the inflated collar around your pet's neck, making sure the valve points back toward its tail. Fasten your cat's regular collar around its neck, and then secure the inflatable collar's hook-and-loop closure, so the collar opening fits under your cat's mouth and chin as pictured.
