I got 2 of these for my conures and they are terrible. The shoulder strap does not hold the case upward - it is always tipping over throwing my birds off a perch I have inside. I have a happy hut inside for the conures and it is the only way they can travel without being tossed about.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I ordered this item to take my birds to the vet. When I took it out of the box the top part was cracked. It was missing 2 of the snaps to click the top and bottom together. It's a nice carrier but cheaply made. I was hoping it would be a good item.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Would an African Grey be comfortable travelling in this carrier?
- No. It would be very restrictive and tips over all the time.

What are the dimensions of the carrier? How high off the bottom is the perch?
- JanisK, Thank you for your question. The dimensions for this carrier is 13.74”H x 17.87”W x 10.63”D. The Perch is 2" high from the bottom of the carrier.
