I have had 3 in less than a year. They continue to crack where the metal is inserted.

They have 2 tube feeders to give them water which is checked daily. This cup is an additional one which helps them get extra water and they really drink water fast. They use the other feeders daily but this one helps them clear their systems after they eat.
