Best night bulb I've ever used

I've used many different types of night bulbs but this is by far the best and only type I use now. it gives off very little light and the light that it does give off is a soft purple. This is the bulb you want to have if you keep your reptiles in your bedroom or where you sleep. I use the 100 watt and it creates a basking spot around 90 degrees.

Yes, I recommend this product.

How does the Zilla Night Lamp compare to the ZooMed Infrared Heat Lamp?

  1. This would do the trick! They are both designed to produce a spot heat and would be comparable in heat output. With this black bulb you just wouldn't have the illumination put out by the red lamps.
