Can 16 mg Cerenia tablets be crushed and mixed with food? Or dissolved in water to put in a syringe? She also has to to take 1/4 of a 100mg Doxycycline antibiotic, can this be dissolved/crushed as well ?

Is it acceptable to administer Cerenia and Buprenorphine within the same day in a 17 year old cat with kidney deficiency? She also shows signs of vestibular disease and the Cerenia really helps her. Use of the Buprenorphine is quite rare, but we use it as needed for pain. ie...sometimes she moans and groans after eating canned food like fish flavored Weruva--thus, the Buprenorphine.

My 14 yr old cat was in to see the vet this past weekend. We thought she had lost weight but in fact was normal as was his bloodwork. He was prescribed 2 tablets of Cerenia 16 mg for vomiting. 10 minutes after swallowing the wet pill he vomited. He has not eaten anything in the past 2 days. Water is being thrown up. Dog was prescribed Novox 25mg once a day for limping.This was on 1/9. On 1/12, work up & needed to go outside, where he was eating grass, bamboo, & other green plants to make himself vomit. My cat kathy had a nasal lavage on Monday. She now shows extreme signs of vestibular symptoms. vet has her on steroids and cerenia. she is not eating at all. i have been taking her in for fluids. can i continue to give her steroids, cerenia, mirtazapine and add dramamine or does cerenia do the same thing as dramamine? she also had her ears flushed out the same day as the nasal lavage.

I am looking for recommend. for a legit, safe place/pharmacy (online, call over phone, etc) that I can get Cash’s medication cheaper at. Specifically, our Buprenex injections. 4 (one time use) syringes costs us $70 from our vet. He is on a few meds so just being able to get the Buprenex cheaper would help a lot. Cerenia is expensive as well for only 4 tablets but Buprenex is a pain med. we’re able to get down & is for emergency times so we need it. (Can’t get tramadol down by any method) thanks!
