Turtles are omnivores, so they enjoy vegetables as well as protein-rich snacks like worms or insects. But that should only make up about 40-60% of their diet. The rest should consist of commercial turtle food that’s formulated with their specific nutritional needs in mind, to ensure a completely balanced diet.
