My Macaw Might be Picky...

KeikoasMom

She mostly eats the sunflower seeds and some of the safflower seeds. Maybe a little of other seeds, but they are mosly too small. My Amazons and Goffins love it, but none will touch the pellets or corn. I am looking for a seed mix that macaws will actually love.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Threw this in the trash

This is a new blend and it is worthless! It's a terrible new blend with a lot of corn and sunflower seed and other stuff my macaws refuse to eat. I threw 9 of the 10 bags I ordered in the trash. Don't waste your money on this.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not Good!

I have been buying parrot food from you guys for over 10 years. It was such a great product and my birds loved it. Now, it has way too many sunflower seeds and the Macaw food is no different than the Parrot food. Will not be buying your brand anymore. Also, if i can find the right food for cheaper somewhere else than you have just lost my business.

No, I do not recommend this product.

No Longer Worth Buying

My Macaws ate the old Foster and Smith mix for years and loved it. I bought this new mix assuming it was simply a repacked version of what they had always loved. Nothing could be further from the truth. Now mostly sunflower seeds and pellets they won't touch, except to throw on the floor. I will never buy this mix again.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Poor since formula change

Really bad now that they changed the formula. On top of that, raised the price! 75% seeds at least. Lucky to get a nut in the package.

No, I do not recommend this product.

VERY POOR QUALITY - THIS IS GARBAGE!!

As with everyone else on here I have purchased this and the premium parrot food for years. When I received the new blend I was seriously disappointed. These blends are GARBAGE!! I will NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN!!! It used to smell fresh when you opened the bags, and had very little sunflower seeds now both blends are filled with sunflower seeds which is bad for birds. I now use both of the last bags I received as wild bird food - I REFUSE TO FEED IT TO MY BIRDS AS IT IS JUST PLAIN GARBAGE!!! If you ever go back to the HIGH QUALITY that I had become I accustomed to I MIGHT ORDER AGAIN!! But as things stand NEVER AGAIN!!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Too many sunflower seeds

The old mix was great! I ordered the new mix and it has way too many sunflower seeds and not enough good content. Not even healthy for the birds. I threw away 30 pounds of it and will not be ordering again.

No, I do not recommend this product.
